What you can contact us about
General inquiries
Questions or feedback about the public website, accessibility, or a technical problem. Include the page URL and a short description. For a technical issue, add the steps that led to it and your browser or device type only when relevant.
Privacy inquiries
Requests about personal information you believe AtriTrove processes, including access, correction, deletion, or an objection. State the affected page or service and the action you are requesting. We will ask for additional verification only when it is reasonably necessary to protect the information involved.
Copyright or source corrections
Reports about ownership, licensing, attribution, public-domain status, creator details, or an incorrect original-source link. Identify the exact statement or resource and the correction you believe is needed.
Information to include
A copyright or source correction is easier to review when it includes:
- The full AtriTrove page URL.
- A concise description of the problem and the requested correction.
- Links to supporting material, such as an official source page, license text, rights statement, or authoritative catalog record.
- Your relationship to the work or source, if it helps explain the evidence. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically and lawfully required later.
Share only what is necessary
Do not send passwords, sign-in links, authentication codes, payment details, government-issued identification, private asset credentials, or unrelated sensitive information. Avoid attaching complete works or large files when a public evidence link or short relevant excerpt is enough.
Review and existing protections
AtriTrove may verify the cited source, correct attribution or rights information, restrict availability, or remove material when appropriate. A report does not bypass or weaken the existing publication and rights gates. Audio remains private and unavailable through public navigation, search, and indexing until separately approved.
