Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. AtriTrove is currently preparing for public launch without a registered business entity. We do not publish unconfirmed registration numbers, addresses, or operating locations. This policy will be updated when verified operator details become available.

Information processed

Public pages do not require an account. Hosting, security, and database providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs. Administrator sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. AtriTrove does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising.

Why it is processed

Technical data is used to deliver the service, protect it from abuse, diagnose failures, preserve security, and prepare for public launch. Administrator authentication data is used only to secure authorized management functions.

Service providers

AtriTrove uses infrastructure providers including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database and administrator authentication, and Cloudflare R2 for private asset storage and delivery. Each provider processes data under its own terms and security controls.

Retention and choices

Retention depends on the provider and the security or operational purpose. Browser controls can remove stored cookies. Essential administrator authentication cookies cannot be disabled while using protected administration features.

International processing

Infrastructure providers may process data in more than one country. This does not represent that AtriTrove has a registered office or operating establishment in any particular country.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. The verified public email and instructions for preparing a privacy request without sharing unnecessary information are published on the Contact and rights corrections page. Any legally required operator information will be added before relevant commercial activity begins.
