Font use and file conditions
Ordinary documents, images, and other rendered results made with the font do not inherit the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the license does not require creator credit on those results.
If you redistribute the font software, keep the applicable copyright notice and the OFL with every copy. The font software may not be sold by itself; modified or redistributed font software must remain under the OFL.
Modified font software must not use the Reserved Font Name Plex without permission. The copyright holders’ and authors’ names may not be used to promote or endorse a modified version without written permission, except to acknowledge contributions or with their permission.
Ideas for use · AtriTrove editorial suggestions
Try it for code samples, inventory numbers, captions with aligned values, or editorial details that benefit from fixed character widths. Check ambiguous characters and the exact symbols needed by your project, and pair it with a Korean monospace font for Hangul. A monospaced design does not by itself guarantee alignment across fallback fonts.
